Concept

I had the exciting opportunity to design for Barr Health and Fitness on his Strength at Home' program—a 12-week strength training guide tailored for older adult beginners. Barr Health and Fitness specializes in online coaching and personal training, with a focus on assisting individuals in safely and effectively achieving their fitness objectives. His expertise lies in aiding individuals in returning to activity post-injury and implementing strength training regimens tailored for older adults.

My role involved crafting a versatile booklet, designed for both print and digital use. Not only does it serve as a tangible journal for logging daily workouts, but it also seamlessly transitions into an interactive PDF format. This digital adaptation allows users to access instructional how-to videos for each exercise, enhancing their understanding and ensuring proper form. Central to my design philosophy was ensuring ease of use and navigation, making the booklet effortlessly readable and intuitive to navigate.
